My 340i 2018 f30 was saved by L&S. I thought i had an oil pump issue but turns out after taking it in. The Test results came back saying, i had the wrong oil filter from the previous owner, causing the low oil pressure light. Customer service is on point. They know a lot about Germans and other Euro brands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOUR EURO CAR IS HAVING ISSUES!!!!

The technicians were thorough, polite, informative and fair. Other technicians have not paid such attention to detail and care. I paid a reasonable amount for the outcome. My car is performing as good as new. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I expected a level of service that matched their strong reputation. Unfortunately, they missed one of my main concerns—an engine noise/rattle at idle. After I got my keys, I had to return and point out the noise myself before they acknowledged it. They also misjudged a door issue, calling it a fob problem, but when I showed them, the door still didn’t open. I did receive a call from the manager afterward, to refund the inspection and recheck the car. Though I declined further work, I do appreciate the refund as a gesture of good faith. I recognize that every business can have an off day, and while this wasn’t ideal, I do think it’s good that they take their clients concerns seriously and try to make things right.
